Yeah i agree. I could envision her with her staff. So probably a change of arms from mileena too. I do think it's curious no below waist shot of Mileena was shown. Perhaps a change of leg for Jade involving her pose with her staff?

Looks like she's definitely a variant of the Mileena sculpt. Both statues go up for PO on the same day. Looking forward to the full reveal, though.
