Displaying Extra Heads

I have a few extra heads I want to display along side my statues. I remember seeing a tutorial here on making custom stands a long time ago but I cant find it. Does anyone have any ideas or maybe remember the thread that the stand was detailed in?

Good idea, maybe should ask Jerry for stands for our statues. Prime1 studios have good ones for their Transformers line.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

I made some years ago. Here's my post. I don't have room to display them anymore.

Seems easy enough. I would buy decals too for the stands: SFIV or Street Fighter.

MK would be a dragon logo.

You know what? Why doesn't the black base for the MK line have a dragon design? Didn't even have to stand out could have been dark gray.

Your welcome. They are easy to make. The only thing is that each one has to be made for a specific head because the bottom / mating surface of the heads are all different. Some have notches, some have steep angles etc. I bought extra material to make more for future statues back then but once shelf space started going away I had to stop using them (for now).

Yeah I figured so especially since the dhalsim head has a large pin I would imaging for this one I would have to drill a corresponding hole in the dowel rather than using a magnet. I will make sure to spraypaint on my balcony to avoid a divorce.

the other two I have are sagat (two extra heads!) and bison (1 extra head) for now, and as you said I'll get stock for a couple more.

Decals are not a bad idea, but the plain one which Gray made matches the base of the statue, so in this case I think plain is the way to go .

Aww. Back in the days when AkumaLove was on the forums.

Sadly your link takes me to the wrong place because I reverse the posts so the newest is first.
