Thank you WhistlingTime! Unfortunately the wire for her balloon has almost no ductility, and if feels like it will snap if I try to bend it at the end...
I think you are seeing some focus stacking artifacts in some of the shots - Photoshop does a really good job blending these images (these shots are actually composites of 7 or 8 separate images) but occasionally you can see some defocused areas...

I ordered her from AmiAmi - they usually have items in stock at least a month before they show up at BBTS... I also use DHL for shipping, so it's Tokyo -> my door in 36 hours

I'll just have to be patient again, but at least I've just come home to Michael Myers...she arrived early and after the day I've had it was a lovely surprise

She turned up today, all I can say is that she is beautiful. She has joined my little group of Koto figures, namely Pinhead and Michael Myers and together they look stunning.
