So, a question for those of you who have been to this show: Is it worth going the whole weekend, or is it strictly a single day affair? I'm thinking of giving it a try this year, but I'm not sure which would be better. Thanks!

I've been volunteering the last four years at the show and plan to do so again this year. Unless it is a really big name artist, most of the artists should have time on Saturday although the show has grown year over year. Saturday is usually crazy packed and Sunday is much calmer.

So, would you recommend me trying it out both days? I'm not necessarily interested in going for art, though if funds allow I'd certainly try picking some up.

When did this jump to a 3 day show? I remember Steve telling me about this being a local one day show with not many artists … sounds like it is growing!

wow, didn't realize that it is now three days starting this year. Looks like it doesn't open til 3pm on Friday though.
If you are not looking for art, I would say one day should be good. Saturday is probably when the best panels are going to be if you are interested in that.

Unless your there to take pictures, soak up all the panels, and just take part in the show as a whole, there is really very little benefit to attending multiple days, as opposed to just a single day. Its actually 3 days this year. I am hoping to go myself, but its just a single day affair for me. I'll be going on Saturday if I go.

I'm still trying to work out the details, but I'm pretty sure that I'll be visiting some family in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area that weekend. I'm hoping to check it out on the Saturday.
