I sent an email to HT. They replied, they will put the idea to their team who decides.

Like you said, the window has probably passed. Then again, Metal Gear Solid remains very popular. Companies such as PCS have characters such as Rambo 2 and Power Rangers lined up.

Makes you wonder why they never followed through with Quiet. It would seem like a no-brainer to me. Their Raiden figure was pretty awesome.

I bet they are focusing on Hideo's Death Stranding now.

Given Hideo's track record, Death Stranding should be ready around 2020
Hot Toys have much time to focus on whatever they decided to come up with.

Given Death Stranding has no history, will there be figures / statues ?

I'm sure there will be. Look at the limited Prime 1 Studio's Luden statue...and that's just the mascot!

As much as I'd love to see some more Bishoujo MGS or HT MGS, I'm curious and excited on this new venture with DS. Maybe Hideo will introduce his own version of Quiet...the possibilities are endless.

Venom Snake Play Demo Version from Gecco arrived today, courtesy of Sideshow. For a 1/6th scale PVC piece it looks damn good.
