The buzzcut is the Ditko, yes. It could have been flatter, but pretty much.

Perhaps he should have said Romita style with the bands of lighter and darker throughout the hair, which persisted forever in the comics. Norman Osborn was the same. I knew what he meant, so I agreed I would have liked that too.
