I was one of those with a jacked up QC on the original, and had no interest in the green skinned version. So hopefully this turns out nicely. I LOVE the XM version, P1 looks fun but no updates and that damn 1:3 scale I’m concerned. My love of Ivy may have me buying this piece.
But not before the beautiful Wonder Woman.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I u derstand peoples frustration with the repeats, but i don't own any of the previous ones. And boy am i giddy with excitement. Ivy loks great from the preview. Still bummed about Selina not being shown

Hmmmm.. No wonder XM Poison Ivy have to change the "classic" Ivy look where in her hair is placed at the side because this new SS Ivy has this look.

The good part about having the originals is that I'll save $700 per piece by not buying these new ones.

That’s what I’m worried about. Getting rid of the old ones and pay more to get the new lot!!

I'm still pretty excited for this new Ivy PF ...even tho I already have the variant Ivy PF. Love the green skin on that Ivy PF. Just beautiful! No way I'll part with that one.
If this new version blows me away ...then I'll consider getting her too.

I'm secretly hoping Steve Lord is sculpting Ivy. He did the newest Red Sonja and she is one of the hottest females Sideshow has ever done. I think he would kill it on Ivy.

What I'm hoping for with this piece is a piece that when it is being worked on,....the Artists are considering (in addition to their Artisitc license of course) all if not most of the constructive criticism that came about with the first Ivy PF statue. Such the overall final paint applications, the dullness of colors versus being more on the bold side, etc. I guess I'll be hoping for a more 'refined' finished piece when all is said and done. Just my opinion.
