Agree. Hard to tell exactly but if you stood her up next to the JND, it looks pretty close.

Maybe the illusion works here because the JND one is standing, cause they do look the same scale to me too.

The QS Catwoman is closer to the camera than the JND; if they were exactly side by side, I think the difference would be more apparent. It looks like the true scale of the QS is actually about 1/4.

Agreed, I was really looking forward to this one, my ultimate dreampiece. Now I am starting to think about a refund even before receiving it

As great as the Queen Studios piece looks, i have never felt that the Hathaway likeness was on point.
As great as the JND statue looks, i have always felt the Hathaway likeness was on the strange side.
The Infinity Studio X Penguin Toys bust is as good as it gets, for now atleast

They look the same scale to me. And yikes to that JND closeup.

The QS portrait looks the best of those 3 above.

That's only in relation to the prototype, maybe not so much to the production piece, which I have.

I've also got Queen's 1/6 scale version, and honestly I'm of two minds on which one looks better.

The Queen version blows that awful JND portrait away. I've always thought it looked terrible.

And JND apologists have always said that in person it doesn't look like that.

Now I've got a total of 10 silicone pieces from both Queen Studios and Infinity Studios, and while there may be a visual discrepancy between how they physically look in camera versus how it is in person, it's relatively minor, to the point that imo it's not really even worth mentioning.

As long as your far enough away from the subject, the only thing that I've noticed is more in relation to colour tones, rather than its physical appearance being altered by the camera lens.
