The word is "Zhan" 戰 in Chinese. It means "war" or "battle." Many of our lives are never ending battles. You just have to keep fighting. Fight the good fight. Fight for what you believe in. Elizabeth Braddock of the X-Men, she keeps fighting. Although sometimes she grew weary. Having forced to face the death of her brother, and then lose the man she loved, as well as almost sacrificing her own life to save a French man she doesn't love but loves her. Complicated. But, as a warrior in X-Force, she knows only one way. Zhan. (X-Force Psylocke pencils on artblock and edited with Photoshop. The face went through many revisions, as I just wasn't satisfied with how she looked.)

It's finished. There's no more time. It's late, I gotta go to the shop to print it. Tomorrow's Sunday, nobody's working. And I'm really done with it....if I don't stop, I'll probably keep painting until I turn into a zombie. (Pencils, Photoshop CS5.5). Mirai Suenaga created by Danny Choo.
