Thanos on Throne Custom Heads...?

I've been on the fence about pre ordering the thanos on throne reg edition, or just buying it when it comes out. I'm a casual collector and don't absolutely need the exclusivity that the ex brings, however I do need that classic grinning head. Do you think there will be custom heads for this statue when it drops, or will other companies get in trouble for trying to make heads for a statue they did not originally create?
