My thought was Radd titan was referring to Arnold Schwarzenegger's character from Predator, Dutch.

Yeah, I thought the same, so I went back to re-listen. While skipping around though, couldn't find when he said it. Wasn't about to listen to the whole thing again...

I'd assumed because of the Dutch aspect of his name 'van' he was Dutch. You are correct, he is Belgium.
Anrold Schwarzenegger is Austrian.
