I really don't mine the delays either but the fact that the Lord of Darkness statue has taken over 3 years really pisses me off. Also the fact that they kept lying to me and telling me he was going to ship in 1st quarter of this year and then June or July of this year.

Because when you preorder with PCS you know what you’re getting into. It’s going to be two or three years! It’s always been this way.

Therefore I will pay off what I’ve ordered (at least 7 more Statues lmao) and then I’ll reevaluate my status as a customer.

Since Rambo/Chun Li 1/3 I’ve ordered nothing from PCS. That trend may continue with 1/4 reaching $500.00 for average size characters.

But I’ll pay for what I ordered. If I didn’t intend to, I wouldn’t have ordered them.

Delays I can live with if the statues look good and aren't just heavy pieces.

NRD needs to be adjusted though. It's too much for the time you have to wait for a pcs piece and is overpriced.

On sideshow 1/3 Sagat NRD is $100 and on pcs website NRD is $200.

Doesn't seem fair

goro 1/3 will be my last statue from them, cant handle the 2-3 year wait, bad customer service, poor QC

I was TOLD Tweeterhead is doing REFUNDABLE deposits on their statues. I’m very curious what will become of that and if it will be better and become a success among the hobby and if other companies will follow because they always like to compare themselves with each other for this NRD.

Simple fix , don’t preorder than. If you are canceling if you didn’t get it on the exact date and have to wait more time than you didn’t really want it.

If you need the money back that bad than you should be buying so many statues.

I think a lot here over order, and are just looking for an excuse to use to get their deposit back either cause they feel the line is dying, or can get it cheaper on the secondary market.

An NRD is a contract, so legally they are required to hold up their end. If a statue isn't released by their agreed upon date, they've broken the contract and it is now null and void, and you're entitled to your $$ back.

Due to the length of time you're really at the discretion of your card company. They may say sorry we can't issue a refund on a transaction this old. Sometimes people use funds in a paypal balance, or their bank account to pay. In those cases they are entirely at the mercy of PCS
