Cool, thanks. I think I'll send them an email as well. I'm sure they are already aware of the situatiom but it can't hurt for lots of folks to let them know anyway.

Even if they are aware if you received something broken you absolutely have to tell them about it. They can't replace something if they don't know you got it broken.

I sent them an email about it last week after people started posting about the issue, I told them about the portraits rattling around the box and hand cuffs arriving broken. they said they are "troubleshooting" the packaging before they ship the remaining ones out. so take that for what its worth but hopefully they find a way to address it

I ordered 1 comic ex and 2 mega city ex. 1 of my mega city ex was damaged. So 2 out of 3 of mine were good.
