Now that is just silly. If you realized a price error (months after doing it and receiving likely dozens of orders) and change it on existing orders but not on your store, you're just asking to make people upset.

So, if you add it now, does it say $99.99 and then adjust to $299.99 at some point?

It really sucks bc if you add it now, it's still $100 in the cart. What an incompetent company.

Get someone on the phone. I call there all the time. If you get someone nice in CS they will probably honor it for you if you haven't cancelled

I sent an email about the situation as when I called they were "in a meeting and unable to answer calls".

I'll let you know the response I get assuming I get one.

Please. If you do get another chance to call, you should. They are a bit more amenable on the phone. I've bought a lot from them and they are a decent company, so just be reasonable and don't yell. Nobody responds well to yelling.

No answer again, but did notice it is now $299.99 on the store finally.

I would never yell, I deal with accounts at work so I have patience with companies.
