Syndicate: Double Dragon (Tecmos) 1/10 Diorama

Yes, this is by Jerry Macaluso's new company, Syndicate, with all that it entails (more info from ZenLogikos here), but what can I say, I'm a retro gaming nut - probably because I'm quite retro myself.

I love Double Dragon, but this is so far down the well of licenses, for me, and likely everyone.

Jerry is really left with the dregs of the IP world, to try to make it in this industry again. I think he stated in the interview that he wasn't expecting to sell tons...and I agree with him.

Thanks for the shout-out, Shoo!

(BTW, Double Dragon was developed by Technos, which doesn't exist any more. Current rights owned by Arc System Works.)

I'd buy this in a heartbeat if it weren't for Jerry and his shenanigans. If it goes up at Spec Fiction or a retailer that has no problems refunding, then it's a maybe. Definitely looks better than the PCS Battletoads.

Looks great.
The character holding a barrel is somewhat boring. They should have either used a female character or one of the big dudes.

Wish someone would do the DD2 box art. There's so much going on in it. I think it would make a great looking piece.

Love that classic DD2 box art - my childhood.

We need some more "Bimmy & Jimmy" collectibles.
