I just spoke to support. I got the expected response that orders are "processing" and that is the only info they could provide. However, it was a little reassuring when they said processing can take up to a week and that it happened to their own Gryphon Rider order. So take that for whatever it's worth.

For me it's not so much missing out on the print as it is the principle of the situation should it pan out in a negative way.

I got the same generic response. I asked them if they could send like an update or escalation so when more people reach out to them about this they can at least have more info for us.
He said they can’t until after sept 30th. That doesn’t make any sense.
Everyone should contact them who it still says processing.

I guess. I just meant that it was straying a bit off from the current topic, which was whether or not the initial orders were going to be fulfilled.

On a RELATED note... 
I just got my Ragnaros raid print in. Really dig that one! I keep looking at those Thrall's, but many they're pricey. lol
