I can totally see Harley wearing glitter. Didn't she seduce Joker by slithering out of chocolate caramel pie naked for their anniversary? She adores him. She'd step it up big time for a dance. Absolutely, glitter. Love it!

The other thing to consider is that this DCD. Also this is Harley. That means we can count on the inevitable "classic" variant that will undoubtedly have a non-glitter costume.
