Too sad, Breyfogle is one of the best Batman artists for my generation (born '81).

You say potato, I say Cooke's version was much better than Balent's balloon boob, stick armed Catwoman.

YMMV.

I agree 100% I prefer the Balent Catwoman 10000% over the Gogglewoman I wont collect anything to do with this costume.

Sadly DC is a boys club once your out your out

Anyway, this thread is about Norm Breyfogle. You can pretty much bank on never seeing a B&W in his style, as long as certain key figures are in place at DC. Shame.

Hey guys, Norm Breyfogle had a stroke and he's in a bad way financially. His family has created a donation page and Carlito1978 was good enough to create a thread below:

http://www.statueforum.com/showthread.php?t=148594

I thought it should be mentioned here also because some might not swim too far from the statue topics. Breyfogle is an influential and definitive Batman artist to many of us. If you're blessed to be in a position to help someone else, then here's the link for Norm's donations.

This would be a great opportunity for DC to score a huge plus in public relations/goodwill.

Get the long awaited Batman Black & White Norm Breyfogle statue up for solicitation with a portion of all the proceeds going towards his medical costs.

It's a win-win situation.

This would be a great gesture and well-deserved given Norm's contributions to the Batman mythos. In addition to a B&W statue, I would love to see an Absolute or Omnibus collection of Norm and Alan Grant's stories from Detective Comics and Batman.
