How to fix broken toe

I have a broken left toe on the left foot of Sideshow Optimus Prime statue. It is not a clean break as some pieces came of the joint and were missing.
The joint looks like three rings put together.

I am a bit hesitate to fix it myself as my concerns are:
- how to get the correct silver/grey color
- what material should I use to fix the chip and broekn toe and also to recreate the design at the toe joint.

I did some research and it seems acrylic paint and Aves sculp epoxy material can be used.

I do not mind having professional to repair it if you know someone.

Your advise is appreciated. Thanks.

Below are pictures of the damaged toe and a sample picture of a undamaged toe for comparison.
