Yeah, the likeness and details are quite good. They certainly went the extra mile on these!

I don?t recall how I stumbled onto them either. I think I had seen them in a large Universal Monsters collection and that sent me down the rabbit hole. I kept waiting for a set to come up. I think they probably came from an estate sale as the seller had no idea how to properly package them.

I dont know what it is but i really love figurines that have big heads and little bodies i think maybe its just the exaggerated caricature nature of them that i find charming but im a sucker for that kind of stuff, these moster pieces are pretty fun

So a little rearranging. I had a different purpose for this shelf in mind but decided to put it here instead.

Need more shelves to get the rest of this mess sorted.

Love the barbarian section. Makes me want a new Conan 1/4 that much more.

A couple of fun pieces out on my desk at the moment. Gentle Giants Vaders Little Princess, a fun little statue that often sells for a mint. I like it as a father to daughters so I don?t really care what it sells for, I am just often surprised when I come across it for offer. And a few black series SW pieces because my daughter wanted to see Hutt.

Got these fun figures in today. I had no idea Sideshow had ever made them. No license was off limits for Sideshow back in the day! Not only did they make Maxwell Smart, they made the Chief too! Who was buying these? How did I not know they existed? It was completely random that I even stumbled across them. This was already an old show when I was a kid, but I always enjoyed it, then I think the movie the Nude Bomb came out around 1980, and that was it for Agent 86. I watched that movie several times back then but haven?t seen it in years. Missed it by that much!

So I got some new shelves this weekend, and got started on some DC goodness. DCD Batman Inc, a very underrated piece that almost never shows up in anyone?s collection. Wonder Woman EX, Poison Ivy Deadly Nature, DST Scarecrow, Neca Danny DeVito Penguin, Hot Toys Peacemaker and Eagly, and finally, my first ever statue, Koto Bishoujo Huntress. Not a bad start, lots more to unbox!
