So they still insist on going ahead with the relaxed, turning to the camera pose while sitting on a Harley outside a diner.

He wont be driving off in a hurry with a SAW light machine gun in one hand and a exaggerated Smith and Wesson 500 magnum in the other, it really does look like he's posing for a photo shoot, only thing missing is the Blue Steel expression on his face.

Honestly, I find him amazing. One of XM's best.
I'm glad they're not going with the old man Frank version, they could keep it as a switch out head eventually. And love the Dolph Lundgren inspired face sculpt.
Worths to mention that people didn't moan so much about GG Ghost Rider striking the exact same pose (with relaxed hand), on the opposite, I think it's held in high regard:

The main difference is that the Punisher is not immediately associated with riding a bike. Granted he does often enough in the books but his 'battle van' would be his most iconic mode of transport (though no one would want a piece of that). Also the weapon he is toting in that wip is waaaay to big and heavy for the casual pose/hold.

Dunno, it seems to me the M60 rear is resting in his armpit, that would definitely make the weight much more easier to support with a single arm. In the comics he's often seen dual wielding assault rifles so I'd say that him holding the M60 like that doesn't strike me as odd/unnatural.
