Yeah I get that but nah there's a teeny bit of difference between the 2 and well they are both from the same inspiration.

Nah DC collectibles got it right with the safe and I like the pose better. Give the gargoyle to batman.

Not necessarily. I rarely like the face sculpts that Sideshow creates for DC characters, which is why I had only one PF. (I am considering getting Batwoman, though.)
