Damaged Boxes

So now that Sideshow sells items with damaged boxes at a discount. ..I just received venom I paid full price in a box where its hole goes all the way to styrofoam😒

You should have seen my Lady Deadpool when it arrived.
It looked like 3 large poles had punctured though the side of the brown shipper box,
through the art box, through styrofoam, into where the statue was located.
As luck would have it, non of the statue was damaged.
That's all that mattered to me at the time


Note: Lady Deadpool was not seconds. The damage happened during shipping.

I would guess that occured during shipping from them to you.

I don't get what you are saying. What does the Seconds sales have to do with your purchase? I am assuming that you didn't buy Seconds because you paid full price. If it arrived damaged, request a replacement or refund

sideshow seconds is pretty much all damaged box discounts from what i can tell, i doubt they would intentionally ship you a box that looked like that. having never bought anything off of sideshow seconds i cant confirm but i would assume they would tape up any damage that they knew of before shipping it out

i mean did the statue arrive undamaged? if so the box did its job.

They have shipped new items to people without the original brown shipper that should be for seconds.

Yeah, I received a PF in a made up shipper, not the original brown shipper, and it was a regular order, not a Seconds order.

No statue was fine. I just wish I was lucky enough to grab the damaged box ones with 15% off.
