This is one of those pieces that once they start putting up tons of photos and you find out who sculpted it it will end up being 'great'. I'll be all over this day one. I've only collected X-men but Spiderman/Venom was always a favorite as a kid I just missed out on the best Spiderman/Venom pieces. This will be the one piece that I will display by itself above all my X-men (or who knows). LOVE IT.
Found the RSVP page. I might end up cancelling DP or Cyclops if they let me move my NRD just once. If not no big deal.

Cool for the fans still looking for their SS Venom with a Spider-Man.
An improvement over the last one.
I already found my piece....

Yea the last SS piece was neat but I really hated the 'texture'.

Mixed feeling about this piece..it's not a bad statue but just doesn't have the wow factor.. Maybe because I've seen too much of other custom venom vs spider-man pieces that are much better than this..

So like it, and if you own it keep it. I've been in this hobby a lot longer than a lot of you, so it's much harder to accept these akward and overdone pieces especially at these enormous prices. Probably would have bought it anyway if it was a lot cheaper, given how I love Spidey and venom.

After a lot of knee up poses i personally applaud SS for trying something so different and dynamic.

I just imagined someone walking by the shelf, accidentally bumping into Spidey and snapping him off.
But you're right some statues do need a different viewing height to shine.

Same. I esp like it with the EX head. My Bagley/Mcfarlane styled Venom in my collection. Still like the comiquette best but it’s nice to have variations of my favorite character.

Something like this with a classic Green Goblin on his glider instead of Venom and I am in. Would remind me of the first Spidey comics I have read.

Lol i was imagining more above head height
Perched statues like XMs Moon Knight i feel can only be displayed above head height and i imagine this would benefit from that perspective too!
