500 for the regular and 50 for the (even more outrageously priced) exclusive

I heard from a local French retailer that so far...Attakus have 2 copies pre-ordered...
So you better hurry if you still want one

It would be interesting to know how many pieces they have actually sold in advance.

Unbelievable, they have a "biscuit" (i.e. un painted) version but it's actually almost 1000 euros more than the standard one! amazing, obviously the recession hasn't hit france. Well it stopped at attakus' gates at least

Edit: just noticed this info was already posted earlier

I am sure, people fan enough and with money available will get this, so to try to predict how many preorders are it is kind of silly unless you work for Attakus directly.
This is a great piece and the exclusive comes with the autograph of one of the authors, which I believe are not easy to get, so that with the edition size drives the price a lot.
Do I think it is worth the price?, no
Do I want one? Yes but not for that much money.
I would even think about it is the economic situation will be better but at this time this was such a slap in the face that I decided that Attakus is not longer a line that I will collect any more.

Anyway, it's silly I know, but I got the figures from an official retailer who's been working with Attakus for years. But it's true that Attakus have made some very strange choices concerning their last statues (just take a look at the new Wolverine...) and they are no longer what they used to be. I'll try to get the few star wars pieces I want from them and Basta for me.

Well I would say they style is different than in the companies in united states. They still manufacture some incredible statues.

Anyway, what I was supposed to ssy here is that the Asterix Diorama seems to be in stock now. Waiting anxiously to hear first comments (too bad I can't understand french).

Unbelievable that there are still no inhand pics of this piece. The regular should be shipping for weeks now, even the monochrome Edition should be released by now.
