I used milliput, a self hardening compound. I also use it for attaching kits together. Easy to use and shape. You just let it sit overnight to harden. Since you also have this MB, you can see that I used the milliput to extend his collar about 1/2 inch out. As far as getting the "bat head" on the back of his cloak, all I did was use my dremmel rotary tool to cut and shape it. The hardest part was doing the eyes believe it or not. It was rather difficult with a hand in front of the face as well as working with such a small area. I'm pretty happy with the results. Thanks for all your help again wktf.
