first replacement I got they said nothing. after receiving the second replacement part I had to destroy one and send them the pic.

Hmm ...that's for a portrait. Wonder if they can be agreeable to NOT do this for a full statue replacement. Piecing together the better pieces would be a good strategy.

Anyone waiting on a full ex replacement ? They email saying I had till april4 to send a pic of the edition number at the bottom then sent me another thanks we got it email then no word at all

I had to destroy one of my collectors edition portraits and provide a photo with my name and order number to receive my EX portrait. I was shipped 2 collectors editions originally.

Same here. I sent them a pic of the bottom of the base to show my edition number. They replied back saying they got the pic.

Then spoke to my CS Rep last week. We are still progressing ...and will be notified once my replacement is ready to ship.

I'm waiting for a full body replacement. got the same emails but I sent a follow up last week and they said "still in production"

I am a full replacement. I had to return my original one, which they received on 2 April according to UPS. For 2 weeks i didnt hear anything back so i emailed them Monday and got any email yesterday with the tracking number for my replacement statue, which should arrive next week.

Yep, it will but this is not the first time they have done this. They did this with my Spider-woman coh replacement. Destroy entire statue first and then get replacement. My replacement had issues.
