Excellent news!

If it's popular enough, this might spawn new Dark Crystal statues. I'd love someone reputable to pick up the license then while they're at it, Labyrinth too

New photos look epic! Cannot wait. Looks very similar to original. Hopefully won’t get ruined like Thrones and Last Jedi...

Part of Dark Crystal joy was in its simplicity. Not an insult, I enjoyed the movie and cannot wait to see that level of puppetry on display again.

Two years later we finally have a trailer and can watch it in August.
Looks great and feels like the original which is great. The score however was not done by Trevor Jones but hoping they use his memorable themes. So far so good.

Three episodes in and it’s ok. Slow at first but gets better.
The score is really lacking though. Trevor Jones’ score from the movie was brilliant. They didn’t bring him back and it shows. Forgettable and new composer used the classic these just once during the opening credit.
Let down.

I'm one episode in. Normally I'd have marathoned it by now but Classic WoW was released last week. They've done an excellent job in the art department. That's my favourite aspect so far.
