I had a similar issue with the Tinkerbell statue, they couldn't get me a replacement until a few months later when they finally got some replacement parts in.
From what I've heard SS won't open new boxes to use their parts for replacements, you have to wait for parts that were specifically made for replacing broken statues pieces...
I figure either there were lots of issues with the statue so all the replacement parts were used or the factory shipped out batches of the statues before making the replacement parts... It's probably the 2nd explanation...

Ya my X-force Psylocke won't sit flush, i had the same issue with the regular, been waiting for a replacement, but due to COVID and probably trying to get new stuff out/back log i'm guessing it's taking even longer. So maybe i'll get my replacement a year after the fact lol.

My X-force Psylocke back foot peg failed to fully insert. I ended up placing a 5mm slice of rubber under the front foot, to keep the piece level, and remove stress off of the rear peg. The fault was reported to Sideshow, and they offered $40 credit, which i accepted.
The rear peg is wedged in so hard that i cannot pull it out. It is a good job she is a keeper

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we do not have an update for the replacements as of yet. As soon as we have some new information and a timeline I will let you know the next steps.
If at any point, you decide you do not wish to wait for the above resolution, the options to keep the piece for the Rewards credit ($60) or return it for a full refund will still be available.
If you need anything else in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

I like the purple-tinted hair, it's a nice touch.

That's because her hair is a deep, dark purple
