will the legs of this statue break ?

will the legs of this statue bend or break if the weather is very hot?

especially the thinnest part of the leg

I don't think they'd break as a lot of the weight is on the sword effectively making a tripod. He definitely needs to work on those legs though, he's risking a severely sprained ankle being so top heavy
