How do the Pre orders for PCS items usually go up. Do the new items just appear on the main page? Do we get a news letter?
SSC can be a bit tricky when their new items go up. I was just wondering how PCS works.

the characters order page is usually up a few days before the pre order, then the inventory is added at the time it goes live (3 pm Pacific). just be on the page ready to pay at 3 and you should not have any trouble.
