Yeah I’m sorry, that neck seam is a deal breaker for me.

Head sculpt without hat

Both head sculpts sit flush with the necklace around the collarbone. Likeness is very good for being a HCG human statue. The red "Sin City" is raised slightly on the base giving a 3D effect. Overall I am pleased.

wow, the neck seam looks okay on your Nancy. I tried putting the regular head on my statue, it still tilts a bit backward, plus there's some paint scratch on the regular head on my statue.

How's the replacement policy of HCG? Does it work the same as sideshow where you have to smash the statue after they send you the replacement? Im located in canada.

I am not sure about HCG policy. You will have to contact them to find out what options are available to you.

Curious, have you checked the underside of each head sculpt and the inner part of the neck area? Maybe there is something that is causing the heads to pop up and backward. HCG is notorious for paint slop and rough areas. Also it could be bad placement of the magnets. For both head sculpts I have the magnets are extremely strong. They pop right into place. Also the underside of the head sculpts and the neck joint are pretty smooth on my example.

The magnets are strong....yes both head tilts backward. My guess is maybe the neck peg doesn't have enough mass at the back...thats why it tilts back a bit. I did put some tissue on the back and it did helps a bit with closing the gap a bit. I dunno..im gonna take more pictures and figure this out. Customer service already reach out to me asking for more info and picture, so that's what Ill probably do
