If I'm reading the Koto website correctly. Chucky bishoujo alternate evil face and cross finger arm is the exclusive.
The retail version won't have the alternate Evil Face or arm with cross fingers.

As mentioned earlier in the thread this Koto exclusive includes the evil smirk head (in addition to the smiling one and scarred one) and the additional hands with crossed fingers.
Exceptional.

Snagged the exclusive. I love all three portraits. Not a fan of the "fingers crossed" hand though. I will definitely be using the knife hand.
