2014 plans
Hi guys. Figure we are about 3/4 the way through 2013, has flown by. We (my family) have had a solid year as far as cons go. We made Amazing Arizona, Phoenix, and Albuquerque. May hit Tucson in November but only if someone we are interested in signs up. I like to be ahead of the game, so, we are already in talks for next year. Just wondering which cons you guys are gonna hit next year. As of now, we are slated for the following cons in 2014.
Amazing Arizona - was a complete mess in '13, still hard to pass up a local show.
Phoenix - local, getting bigger better each year, lots of great talent.
Albuquerque - '13 was best show I've ever been to, not a long drive, maybe Comicarthouse again.
Denver or Heroes - this could be our big summer trip.
Boston - confirmed, great growing show, finally taking a trip 13 years in the making with my best friend.

Crap in a hat. Just looked up dates.
Phoenix June 5-8
Denver June 13-15
Heroes June 20-22
Albuquerque June 27-29
Gonna need to be selective. That's a $10k month, easy.

Well since I work at the show and look after the comics creator guests there, I'll be found at:
Supanovas Brisbane & Adelaide - Nov '13
Supanovas Gold Coast & Melbourne - April '14
Supanovas Sydney & Perth - June '14
Supanovas Brisbane & Adelaide - Nov '14
and, hopefully, San Diego Comic Con '14! *Whew*

We missed the con up there 2 years ago by a few weeks. We went to Boulder for a day, I love that town. Bunch of bearded cool cats, I fit right in, except I don't drive a Subaru. I hear that the Denver con has been picking up steam every year lately. Actually, doesn't it seem that all the cons are growing as each year passes? I know here in Phoenix, our con records close to 5k new attendees each year. 2014 should put us close to or over 60k.

I don't have a beard but our family has:
Subaru Liberty (wife) (soon to be sold, Liberty that is)
Subaru Outback (me)
Subaru WRX (son)
Subaru Impreza (daughter)
What's with the Subaru reference?

First year we had 25k and last year, our second, it grew to 40k. Next year has been forecasted for even more.
