I understand the urgency for Sagat and Bison, but Ken is really needed to "complete" the display. The ultra Cammy and Vega are enough for me for now.
With Bison, I agree with the suggestions for a more serious, lean, classic interpretation... not the fat cartoony Alpha/SF4 versions.

I voted for Ken, but I agree with your logic here, I don't mind Sagat first and then Ken.
With Bison it will be mostly fabric, I don't like that. The less fabric the better for me

Reason why i don't want Sagat just yet is because i feel like he will tower over the exisiting 1/3's. (depending on the pose).
I'd let Akuma, Ryu and Chun-li enjoy the size throne a while longer before introducing the big man.

I think it would be ok if Sagat was next. With pre order six months away for the next 1/3 and turnaround at factory you wouldn't see him for 18 months, best case.

Guile would be my number 1 choice, but unfortunately he isnt on the official shortlist.
