There's plenty of examples in this line, past and present, that meet your description. Besides, these are licensed characters. Koto can only get away with so much.

Stargirl is Courtney Whitmore and a member of Justice League United (she has red white and blue with a golden staff) while Wonder Girl is Cassie Sandsmark, the sidekick of Wonder Woman and a member of the Teen Titans.
They're both not so well known but I really want both! The Stargirl Bombshell gives it potential but then again maybe they don't wanna make sexified versions of teenage heroes?

I'd just be interested to see if Koto's factories could pull that off. No doubt it would look amazing if done right.

Always loved that costume. If Koto could pull off the effect (of which I have zero doubts), she'd be a knockout!
The recent inclusion of Star and Raven give me some hope that we'll be seeing Donna and Cassie in the future as they, too, always seem to get overlooked by the majority of companies.
