You might want all statues to be uniform in size, but what size? And what if what you want is unrepresentative of the size person the sculptor wants to model? And what organisation would enforce statue scale uniformity? And would we want one?
Basically, it ain't gonna happen.

Whats the point of having scale at all if statues from the same company don't adhere to it.

How kind of you to be so thoughtful as to remind me. However, I am happy to inform you, I did.

I just snapped these very quickly this morning (as evidenced by my thumb in one photo). All of these statues come from different companies and/or lines, and yet every company calls them 1/6 scale.

To be fair, she is on a taller base and on her tippy toes with arms above her head.

From the 2nd photo measure Poison Ivy heel to the top of her head with a blank sheet of paper. Then compare it to the other figure. There around the same size. Poison Ivy on a higher base and having her stretch out could make her seem taller.
Sometime 1/6 scales are off a little if you do the math from what Comic database states. I think Poison Ivy came out very nice. I'm waiting for a green skin exclusive hopefully.

Oh, I fully believe that is why she seems larger to some people. To me, she fits in pretty well.
I'm a little disappointed I hadn't heard about a green variant on the way. That was practically my only complaint in my review. Then again, I place a green LED next to her and I'll get the best of both worlds.
