You send in your first batch Vampirella statue. That's if you still have it because by now you'd have passed the time window to return it to your retailer.

All you have to do is e-mail Dynamite Customer Service <customerservice@dynamite.com> and let them know that you want to replace and Manny will give you the info.

Actually, we are still accepting returns from retailers. WE want everyone to be happy, and the retailers deserve the opportunity to send in and see for themselves. Let them know to contact their distributor to take care of this and they can cc me at nick.barrucci@dynamite.com

It's my pleasure. We're incredibly frustrated here because of the agent for the factory not handling this well with the factory. But regardless it's not the retailers nor the fans fault, so we need to adjust.

It means a lot to collectors when business come in to clarify everything, you've guys got my respect and I feel comfortable putting your statues back on pre-order.
