I hope HH will make a punisher statue before the punisher movie comes out

I had posited this question in another thread not to be doomy gloomy but to try to understand what's going on with HH, that's all. DD was such an awesome sculpt, I'm just hoping to see what they can bring in the future. Hopefully Doom, Bullseye or the Redskull.

Its my understanding all the marvel licenses were up at the end of 2007. So while trying not to be a buzzkill, I was just curious.

I didn't know there was a time limit on HH's license, I thought theirs was simply for 30 statues.

Hard Hero has been making some great Marvel statues and it would be a real shame if we couldn't buy any more of them.

I really hope they can continue to produce them.

I know that Marvel is trying to cut back on the number of statue licenses that are out there. It wouldn't surpise me if they don't get renewed. They have put out some good product, but with things the way they are now it wouldn't be a surprise me if they don't get renewed.

It would be a shame if Hard Hero did not get renewed, just when their statues matched or even surpassed the quality of Bowen!

Where if I may ask did you get your information that Marvel is trying to cut back the number of licenses?

Cool

I'm not a Doomsayer, but I did do all the paintmasters for the Xmen evolution line for Hard Hero and a good part of the Transformers and the Marvel minis and the fullsize pieces up to Angel. Plus the Molding and tweaking of all the sculpts, and I know that the powers that be at Marvel want to eliminate some of the licenses that are out there right now. Whether Hard Hero makes the cut or not. I don't know but I do know that Marvel realizes that there is too much similar product on the market and they need to do something to ensure that the product that is produced is of the highest quality.
