First, let me state that I love the Cheetah statue. She looks amazing.
And I only say this since it's at the prototype stage and it's possible to make changes, but I think the COH might look even better with a bit more hair in the sculpt...maybe billowing around to her right a bit before whipping to her left. This would add more to the back also and help to hide the seam. It just seems that the amount of hair is a bit sparse.

She looks amazing
But why is Cheetah wearing high heels? In the comics I read she is barefoot.

The current Cheetah is. But, this is based on the two original Cheetah characters that wore a catsuit.

Yeah, the first two (Priscilla Rich and Debbie Domaine) were pretty normal villainous women in cat suits (hence the heels and painted red nails). The current Cheetah (Barbara Minerva) actually has super strength, super speed, super agility, cat reflexes and vision and very powerful claws that can tear through most substances.
There was a male Cheetah in there at some point, too, but I don't know anything about him.

They wanted to keep each base somewhat related to the character background. They incorporated the jungle foliage on take from her animalistic feel. Both of these were designed at the same time so the choice was deliberate.

Cohesive bases? What an attention to detail!
I'm torn because I couldn't live with the WW neck seam....but I really like Cheetah and I think they would only go well together. What's a girl to do?!
Maybe I will behave since I know that Hawkgirl, Poison Ivy, and Zatanna are all eventually going to be made. Those are my must owns.
