Hey guys! I joined this forum after doing some random google searches on ways to display my collection. I came across the thread about using the IKEA Besta series and I'm so glad I did. Having a proper display has transformed my cluttered room into a gallery!
Star Wars has been a major part of my life since childhood. Not old enough to have seen the originals in the theater, I grew up with the VHS tapes that I wore down to fuzzy unwatchable conditions.
I started collecting heavily in the late 90's (partly from having a place of my own to put the stuff!) but in the last 2 years I've shifted my focus from anything and everything to just the "higher end" statues, prop, etc.
I read these forums often now, the knowledge you guys have is insurmountable!
I'm going to post some pictures shortly (I know... I should have already had them!).
Anyone with Star Wars items for sale always keep me in mind! I'm easily swayed by a good deal! (my girlfriend hates that! ...as does my soon to be limited display space!
