This commission made me cry. This teacher donated her kidney to one of her students who lost both her kidneys and was on dialysis. However, due to poor post-operative care, the donor, i.e. the teacher passed away. This was commissioned by the student. Sculpted in Super Sculpey and painted with acrylics.
