Being a big film score person, as in a film can make or break an emotional connection with me based on how well the score has been done...

The score in this sequence is amazing...

It's already awesome chase action music, but halfway in it elevates that this is more than a chase. This is civilization scratching, clawing and blasting it's way back onto the map of humanity. The film really kicked in with me during that segment. Furiosa really started something big with her mission to save those girls.

I bought the soundtrack and have been listening to it for almost a week now. It's a great score!

Saw this today. This'll be a cult classic for years and years to come. Loved it....every moment. Best movie of the summer for sure. My favorite of the year.

The only one that could possibly come close is the new Star Wars, but we'll see about that. Go see it. You won't be disappointed, I assure you...especially if you're any fanatic of the original George Miller Mad Max films.

I have been rocking the soundtrack since the screening as well. I can't tell you how giddy I am that JXL is doing the Batman portions of BvS

I too am a huge score person and most of the times these days, I am disappointed. While Max did not have a very memorable main theme, I also remember thinking to myself during this sequence that the score was INCREDIBLE! Great sequence, best of movie for sure. It was special, something rare these days. Love the clip you posted, chills then and now!

Great movie, best of year for sure.

Interesting that they are going to release a black and white version on Blu ray
