I've had this statue paid off since Feb 2015. If it were any other legit company, I'm sure I'd be able to get a refund by now.

I used to read stuff like this and I shook my head and couldn't even believe what people posted until it actually happened to me too. You're worse off than my because the statue costed more and you didn't have the option to get it at all...

At some point Arahom needs to bite the bullet and just refund these unmade pieces. There can’t be that many out there.
They are still costing him labour/time/money now to sculpt, make moulds, cast, finish, paint, etc ... it’d be better to be done with it.
Use new in house products to fund reimbursing these remaining ones and move on to new product. Even if it has to be in instalments.
