I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Cancelling for a refund shouldn't be an issue as they sent the following email out months ago. The last line is the important one. -
Hello Collector
Apologies for the delays, but this is a very challenging statue to create and we are trying to get the highest quality collectible possible.
Currently, the Street Fighter Akuma & Shin Akuma 1:3 Statues are scheduled to be arriving in our warehouse late May/early June. We understand that is a significant delay but we want everyone to consider this the ultimate collectible when it comes to this game and we do not want to cut any corners.
If you would like to cancel for a full refund that is acceptable as we have a wait list a mile long.

That's a generic response they say for all their delayed statues.
Congrats to those that cancelled if reason was kanji or delay. Very few put their money where their mouth is when it comes to companies constantly making the same mistakes. poor customer service, massive delays, raising prices but minimal qc done and elaborate excuses. Most just continue to order glutton for punishment but then get upset when mistakes from companies are still there with no signs of improvement.

PCS isn't ARH, not by a long shot. You'll just need some patience for CS response.

I'm still waiting on a response about my chipped base. Last thing cs implied was that its not visible from display angle so no worries. Also the cracked kanji issue...I dont think they are planning on replying to me anymore

Do not post personal Facebook screenshots of what anyone says on the forums. That BS can stay on Facebook.

Even if the status of the FB post is "public" so the whole world is able to see it?

Understand that.
But why has the thread with the suggestions for improvement completely been deleted instead of only deleting the "drama posts"? The thread was pretty useful on a drama-free level up to that moment where the thing with the taxes had been started.

Because people can't keep any threads on track. I closed it, cleaned it and gave everyone another chance but nobody listened. It was out of control so I got rid of it. Like I said the OP had some good points but nobody wanted to talk about his post on that thread.
