Hopefully this'll be the kind of stuff the New managers and social media team will be addressing.
Because one of the downsides to PCS is that you feel that a particular piece is important leading up to the p/o, then it falls off of the face of the earth for a few years. I had forgotten that I'd ordered Nash until I saw the factory pictures lol.
I understand that there aren't always picture updates to provide, but a verbal status update would go a long way to let people know what's up with the merchandise they paid for.
Especially in a case like Rambo, where we've been informed the sculpt is undergoing revisions.
I think everyone enjoys interaction with their favorite company (in my case PCS!). But interaction shouldn't just be for Pre-Order, but also
POST-Order.
