I liked Black Panther - Wakanda Forever. I agree with a 7/10. Enjoyable but not fantastic. I was pretty good with the approach and origin for Namor also.

Elvis (2022) - The life of American music icon Elvis Presley, from his childhood to becoming a rock and movie star in the 1950s while maintaining a complex relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker.
Director Baz Luhrmann gives this a very flashy look as is his usual style. He sold me on the soundtrack which is a fresh spin on Elvis' music. 7/10

Same. Was too long and slow. Also, the little wings on Namor in the close up was laughable. I usually really enjoy Marvel movies but not so much this one.

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery (2022) - Famed Southern detective Benoit Blanc travels to Greece for his latest case.
I didn't think it was as good as the first Knives Out movie, but it's still a fun mystery. 7/10

This period epic about a pair of Indian supermen is magnificently ridiculous. HIGHLY recommended for anyone interested in watching a bonkers, over-the-top superhero movie, the likes of which I promise you've never seen before. I loved it so much, I'm going to start its own thread. 9/10

Just finished this a little bit ago. Absolutely loved it.

The Pale Blue Eye (2022) - A world-weary detective is hired to investigate the murder of a West Point cadet. Stymied by the cadets' code of silence, he enlists one of their own to help unravel the case - a young man the world would come to know as Edgar Allan Poe.
This is a good-looking, dark, winter movie, but that twist at the end was bittersweet. 7/10
