I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

With our increasingly ageing population, and the pensions black hole, maybe it would be cost effective for the government to give people some money now (not 50 mil obviously, but a decent wedge) in exchange for your costly later years. Imagine that, you just retire (presuming you kept working) and the government goons turn up at your house to get all Logan's Run on your ass.

Oh heck yes, I could get so much accomplished with that kind of money. I've never liked the idea of living till the bitter end of really old age, being all decrepit and so old you can't even stand on your own feet. Shave some of those crappy old years off!

I know of people who were very wealthy but sick and they would trade all that money for health and more time. Only a fool would trade his life for money. I bet the day that you get your money the dollar crashes and that paper is worthless. Like the bible says What does it profit a man to gain the world but yet loose his soul?

I'd give every single penny I have today for one more day with my late wife. Money makes the world go around, and lots of money makes things much easier, but it damn sure doesn't buy happiness or health. My wife and I were together for 15 years and 2 days before she died. I cannot imagine having only 5 years of those 15. The ten years you give up for that money are not your years; they belong to the people you love.

While I'd miss the time with my family with 50 million dollars I could set my family up way after I'm gone so not even a question I'd sign.

And the moment you are gone adee, those that love you would trade every penny of it for more time with you, so in the end what you have given isn't worth what you have given up.
