THe DST one is better! Plus it looks much more menacing and it doesnt have a nameplate.

I just received this statue in the mail today, sealed. Awesome statue indeed.

But guess what? It was broken! The glider clamps that holds Gobby's right foot together was already broken. That same foot was detached from the glider as well, like there wasn't enough glue to hold it together. Sigh.

What made it even worse? I checked Gobby's left foot and found that the ankle area was cracked almost all the way through.

Sucks bad.

Sorry. Cant get past the face on both of them. But to each his own.

I'm still waiting for the definitive Green Goblin statue to come out.

I've had 3 sent to me from the US and all three have arrived damaged (some more extensively than others). In all 3 cases Gobby has broken off from the glider. On 2 of the statues I've glued him back and it actually looks o.k. I'm going to attempt to fix the third this weekend.

If some one wants it for a greatly discounted cost then PM me, I'll gladly e-mail pics of the damage etc to you, I've got no need tfor 3 of them, intact or damaged.

Basically what I'm trying to say is of you buy one then pick it up in person, I've found the packaging to be a bit on the measly side considering the fragility of the statue (I guess it doesn't help it being thrown around between the US and the UK either).

That said it really is an awesome piece!
