neat, I personally prefer my Monkeys with tails. but hey who am I to judge  I have always wanted to see what SS3 Raditz would look like though, always pictured him as a glorious golden Cousin Itt

I always loved the hair on ss 3, and my fave as well, but yac is right about that brow.

Yeah, but his forehead doesn't change. Just looks that way because he has No Eyebrows.

He seems to get a heavier brow ridge, but yeah his forehead doesn't change.

I think it's a combination of three things that combine to give it that feeling.
1) No eyebrows
2) His demeanor changes in ssj3. He's cocky and angry at full power. So his brow is furrowed (unlike light hearted goku).
3) The various artists that work on DBZ. Some make his brows look normal (other than having no hair). While others seem to accentuate his brow line. Making it actually look bigger.
It's my understanding that no actual transformation of his cranium takes place lol.
But I could be wrong.
Anyway, it's all awesome. But obviously Blanka anyway.

Nah, you aren't wrong. I think you are right on with your second point, that angry expression just changes his look a bit, also with the way his hair covers his face, he just looks different. I can agree with that

but the one thing we can all agree on is that Saiyans are much cooler with tails than with blonde hair. glad that's settled.
